#HAWMC – Day 11: A ‘Healthy’ Follow Friday! |

We all remember when #FF (#FollowFriday) was basically THE biggest thing on Twitter, right? Well, it’s still alive and well … in fact, I’ve started my own initiative on my author Facebook page called Free Plug Friday, where I tag some deserving people, brands, and organizations, who I wish to give an extra little “shout-out” to week-to-week. Thus, it is especially fitting that today’s writing prompt for the Health Activist Writer’s Month Challenge is “Follow Friday!” We are to create a must-follow list for our community: Top 10 Tweeters, Top 10 Blogs or Websites, and Top 10 Facebook pages.

Well — that’s going to be hard, because there are SO many amazingly inspiring and deserving people and organizations that I want to give credit to. But, I will try my best to narrow down a list for you guys … and at the end, I’ll give some “non-health related” shout-outs, too!
