I have to admit it: I’m often skeptical when it comes to new arthritis-related products and supplements. But Easy Flex is something special. You may have seen my posts about it on Facebook and Instagram!

While it can’t cure RA, it does seem to help manage day-to-day joint and muscle pain from osteoarthritis and general joint aches and pains.

Since I began adding Easy Flex into my vitamin, supplement, and medication protocol, I’ve been able to be more active at the gym. You may have even seen all of my daily fitness check-ins!

I’ve gone to an indoor climbing gym, taking HIIT kettlebell classes, and even went jogging a couple of times (yes — knee replacement and all!)

Now, don’t get me wrong. I still have rheumatoid arthritis flares and the occasional bout with muscle spasms and the like. But with Easy Flex and the rest of my daily and weekly regimens, (which include vitamins, CBD oil, essential oils, epsom salt baths, herbal teas, massage therapy, physical therapy, pharmaceutical drugs, Thermotex, reiki, acupuncture, cryotherapy, foam rolling, heating pads, yoga, and more,) I feel more well-equipped to get by, and to manage the pain.

So what is Easy Flex? EasyFlex is by a company called 1MD. It is a supplement that includes the ingredient  UC-II®, a patented form of collagen that is twice as powerful as glucosamine and chondroitin. It has been clincially-studied!

One of the other ingredients is Longvida® Optimized Curcumin. This more bio-absorbable compound was invented and patented in collaboration with neuroscientists. It also contains  Boswellia Serrata, a gum resin extracted from the boswellia tree and has been used for centuries in traditional Ayurveda medicine to support joint health and aid joint discomfort — sometimes better than NSAIDs — and dramatically helps to ease osteoarthritis in the knee.

Lastly, the team of scientists and researchers behind the development of Easy Flex created the WokVel® Extract, a proprietary formula clinically-shown to improve safety and absorption, offering its users a prolonged and more targeted release, allowing the body to fully benefit from its therapeutic gifts.

Like I said, I was (as per usual) a bit skeptical and hesitant when they gifted me with the product. But I’m glad that I tried it. I have used it for almost two months and believe that I’ve begun to feel the optimal effects. I was hesitant to write this testimonial but the truth is that — at least for me! — it rocks.

Of course, there’s no one-size-fits-all magic wand, miracle pill, or quick-fix solution that works for everyone. We are all bio-individually unique and whether natural or pharmaceutical, we all respond to different things in different ways. But if you want my opinion? I’m saying it’s at least worth a try. After all, what could it hurt?
